PaidToCare is a free, independent guide to how families get paid for caregiving, covering all 50 states and DC. Every guide links to its official sources (state Medicaid and aging agencies, Medicaid.gov, VA.gov), and anything we can't confirm is labeled.
Audience
Our readers are family caregivers (adult children, spouses and other relatives) looking into Medicaid self-direction, Structured Family Caregiving, VA caregiver programs and other ways to get paid for care at home. They usually arrive with a specific state in mind.
Traffic: We're newly launched (October 2026) and don't have meaningful traffic numbers yet. We won't quote estimates. Founding sponsors get real numbers (Cloudflare Web Analytics page views and newsletter list size) every month, and pricing reflects that we're new.

Founding pricing is limited to the first 10 sponsors. You can cancel any month, and there are no long-term contracts.
How sponsorship is labeled
Every sponsored placement carries a visible Sponsored label. Sponsored links use rel="sponsored". We never present an ad as editorial content or as a recommendation.
Editorial independence
- Sponsors never change program facts, eligibility information, rankings or what any guide says.
- Sponsors don't review content before publication.
- We never promise readers they will qualify or be paid, and sponsor copy can't either.
- We don't sell or share reader data with sponsors. Readers are only connected to an agency if they ask to be.
Who we accept
We work with licensed home care agencies, fiscal intermediaries, Structured Family Caregiving providers, caregiver apps and tools, elder law attorneys, and reputable senior benefits and insurance services. We decline anything that charges caregivers to "unlock" benefits, uses lead-selling schemes, or makes guaranteed-pay claims.
